On March 12, 2023, Ruijie Networks, a leading ICT solution provider in China, recently announced a strategic cooperation with Vietnam Yukoo, a subsidiary of Shenzhen Zhilian Cloud Network, granting Yukoo the status of its general industry agent in Vietnam. The two parties will jointly promote the implementation of enterprise networking, cloud computing, and data center solutions in the Vietnamese market, accelerating the local digital transformation process.

At the Ruijie Global Partner Summit held concurrently, Chen Yufu, the General Manager of Vietnam Yukoo, was invited to deliver a keynote speech, providing a detailed analysis of the trends in Vietnam's ICT market. He pointed out that the Vietnamese government's 'National Digital Transformation Plan by 2025' is driving urgent demand for high-performance networking equipment and services in sectors such as manufacturing and smart cities. The annual growth rate of Vietnam's enterprise-level ICT market is expected to exceed 15% in the next three years.

This cooperation marks Ruijie Networks' further expansion into the Southeast Asian market. Li Ming, President of Ruijie's International Business, stated at the summit, 'Yukoo's profound understanding of the Vietnamese government and enterprise market, along with its channel resources, will enable Ruijie to respond quickly to customer needs and provide localized services.' It is reported that Yukoo will establish a professional technical team to offer full-cycle support to Vietnamese customers, from product deployment to operation and maintenance, with a focus on industry scenarios such as the industrial internet, education, and healthcare.

In his report, Chen Yufu emphasized that Vietnamese enterprises are facing challenges in network upgrades. For instance, the transformation from traditional manufacturing plants to smart factories urgently requires highly reliable industrial switches and wireless network solutions. Ruijie's products, such as SD-WAN and cloud desktops, have already been piloted in some smart parks in Vietnam. In the future, both parties plan to jointly launch customized solutions to meet the application needs of emerging technologies such as 5G and the Internet of Things.

Industry analysts believe that with the rapid development of the digital economy in Southeast Asia, Chinese ICT enterprises are competing with European and American brands through a 'technology + localized channels' model.
