On October 11, Zheng Hongmeng, the General Manager of Foxconn Technology Group, and Wang Jin, the General Manager of Zhilian Cloud Network, a subsidiary of the group, led a delegation to visit and inspect Qinzhou City, Guangxi. Shenzhen Zhilian Cloud Network Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Foxconn Group, signed the ‘Strategic Cooperation Agreement for the Foxconn (Qinzhou) Medical Imaging Cloud Center Project‘ with the Qinzhou Municipal Government. Wang Gebing, the Secretary of the Qinzhou Municipal Party Committee, and Huang Haikun, the Mayor of Qinzhou, attended the symposium and witnessed the signing ceremony.

The delegation led by General Manager Zheng Hongmeng received a warm welcome from Wang Gebing and Huang Haikun. Zheng introduced the development and strategic plans of Foxconn Group in aspects such as industrial internet, artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and robotics, expressing full confidence in future cooperation between the two parties. He stated that the group would leverage its strengths to accelerate Qinzhou's development in industries like “Internet + Telemedicine,” while enhancing communication and intensifying cooperation to jointly foster new economic growth points and invigorate Qinzhou's economic development.

When introducing Qinzhou's economic and social development, Secretary Wang Gebing noted that with the inclusion of the Beibu Gulf Development and Opening-up into the national development strategy, Qinzhou has embraced a new round of development opportunities. In particular, the recent inaugural operation of the China-Singapore Southbound Corridor's regular trains in Qinzhou marks a milestone for the city. Qinzhou is vigorously promoting the construction of major ports and the development of modern logistics industries, and warmly welcomes Foxconn Group to participate in the city's development, considering Qinzhou a key city for its industrial layout. Collaborations will span multiple areas of medical imaging clouds, and Qinzhou will fully support Foxconn's development in the city.

Wang Jin, the General Manager of Shenzhen Zhilian Cloud Network Technology Co., Ltd., and Han Liu, a member of the Standing Committee of the Qinzhou Municipal Party Committee, Minister of Propaganda, and Deputy Mayor, respectively represented their parties to sign the 'Strategic Cooperation Agreement for the Foxconn (Qinzhou) Medical Imaging Cloud Center Project'. Both sides will join hands to create a cutting-edge cloud imaging application and innovative service platform for smart healthcare solutions. Meanwhile, the two parties will collaborate on building a national-level smart city pilot project, with a focus on cooperation in areas such as smart healthcare, smart education, smart agriculture, smart parks, and smart ports.

They held in-depth discussions on the subsequent promotion of the medical imaging cloud center project and the hospital's information construction.
